Cast n ChillにはMod機能がありません。ModはMelonLoader用です。ゲームにMelonLoaderを導入し、Modのファイルをゲームのインストールフォルダ内のModsフォルダに置くか、r2modmanなどのModマネージャーで両方を導入します。
